Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plannio ("Service"), operated by Plannio Inc. at https://www.plannio.in and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Free Trial & Subscriptions
Plannio offers a 14-day free trial on selected plans. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to our paid plans (Starter Studio, Pro Studio, or Turnkey Enterprise) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing section of your studio dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. If you experience technical defects or are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact billing@plannio.in for a full refund.
4. User Responsibilities & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your studio login credentials and ensuring all architectural drawings and project records comply with applicable regulations.
